According to our experience in lighting medical and therapeutic spaces, there is a great necessity of a professional lighting design. From our point of view it is of great importance to incorporate considerations about the perception and physical and mental state of the patients into the lighting concept. The sympathy for the impaired or hypersensitive sensory perception of affected persons forms the basis.
